Motion against Northern Provincial Council. Mawai, CVK, Wignewaran, Pathynathan summoned

Northern Provincial Council and the Ilankai Tamil Arasu Kadchi are trying to set up a separate  state  is the causa agendi cited in a motion filed against the Northern Provincial Council in the high court by Attorney at Law, Anura Laksiri.

Leader of ITAK, Mawai Senathyrajah, NPC CM, C.V.Wigneswaran, NPC Leader of the House, C.V.K. Sivagnnam and Secretary to NPC, Pathynathan had been cited as Respondents.

The High Court had sent summons to the above four asking them to appear in court 12^th, 13^th and 17^th of this month. It was notable that the resolution of the NPC was passed on last 22^nd.
