Not a single foreigner killed by Liberation Tigers during 29 years of war, says  Governor Ragavan

War was fought for 29 years in Sri Lanka. Not a single foreigner was killed by Liberation Tigers in this war. They were careful in not killing a foreigner even during the attack on Kattunayake attack. But in the attack that had been made now 37 foreigners had been killed. Tigers did not hate the foreigners. These people hate foreigners, said Northern Governor, Suren Ragavan.

He said so in a Press Conference for discussing contemporary situation, held yesterday at the Governor’s Secretariat

Speaking further he said that even during the kattunayake attack they acted with composure. They were clear in that no foreigner should be killed.
