Politcal interference in educational administration unhealthy: Thandauthapany

Eastern Proince Education Minister S.Thandauthapany has stated that there will not be any political interference in the administration of schools. Officials in the Education Department will be encouraged to perform their functions in a fair manner without any hindrance.
He made these observations at a reception granted to him at Sunshine Hotel in Batticaloa by his university mates recently. Pon Selvanayagam chaired.
