Presence of military in Jaffna must be reduced: Wigneswaran to Samantha

Northern Province Chief Minister Wigneswaran has urged that the presence of military in the north must be reduced. He made this observation when US Ambassador to UN Samantha Pavar met him in Jaffna.

He also pointed out that the expenditure on defence in the budget has been increased.
