Sampanthan must resign, TNA must boycott Parliament: Sittampalam

Former Leader of Illankai Tamil Arasu Katchi emeritus Professor Sittampalam has requested the Leader of TNA R.Sampanthan to quit the post of Opposition Leader as a mark of protest against the failure of the government to honour its pledge to release political prisoners.

He also added that the TNA Parliamentarians should boycott the Parliament’s sittings as a gesture of protest.
