Seminar in Trincomalee under aegis of TPC with the CM presiding

A seminar and discussion sessions are to be held under the organization of TPC, regarding matters including a new strategy for the North East merger, at Trincomalee. These sessions will be held at the Trincomalee Town Council Hall on Sunday from 9.30 a.m. The NPC CM, C.V.Wigneswaran will preside the sessions and deliver his address there.

Following him, the Dean of the Faculty of Political Science, K.T.Kanesalingam will deliver a speech under the title of  “A new strategy for the NE merger.”

Political Analyst and AAL, S.A.Jothylingam will follow him with a speech on “The Political Solution for the Tamil people and the Road Map for it.”

This will be followed by a speech on “The Resolutions of UNHRC and the opportunities available for Tamil People” by the Director of the Organization for Human Rights and Development and a Senior AAL, K.S.Ratnavel.

It has been pointed out that it is a welcome feature that such a seminar is being held in a context where the UNHRC sessions are in progress.
