Sri Lanka Search for Justice: Callum Macrae’s Documentary bring tears to South American people
Callum Macrae, journalist, filmmaker and Director of both Sri Lanka’s Killing Fields and Sri Lanka’s Killing Fields: War Crimes Unpunished that documents , revealing the War Crimes perpetrated in Sri Lanka, has produced a new 30 minutes version of his old documentary with new scenes added, under the title, “Sri Lanka: The Search for Justice”.
Under the campaign slogan, #LetThemBeHeard, the new film – containing graphic video evidence of the war crimes and massacres – is addressed to members of the Human Rights Council. It calls on the international community to listen to the voices of the Tamil victims who are calling for an international accountability process to ensure truth and justice.
He is on a tour of Latin America and other countries, screening his new version to policy makers, Human Rights Activists and general public attracting their attention, and holding discussion for more than 10 days now.
This documentary which is being screened in English and Spanish will be screened with Tamil, Sinhala, Hindi and French translations.
In the last few days he had screened his documentary in South American countries like, Bolivia, Argentina, Mexico, Paraguay and Brazil. He had also screened this in the, Truth and Justice Commission of Paraguay. Major media in this country had published news about his documentary. Some links to read these news are given below.

Travelling to the United States on 15th , he will screen his documentary to politicians , Government Officials, Human Rights Activists in New York and Washington. He has planned to screen his documentary in Geneva and UN headquarters complex.
