Symbolic fasting protest in Jaffna

A symbolic Fasting Protest was held today under the organization of the Tamil National Peoples’ Front (TNPF)  in front Jaffna Muniyappar Temple in support of the Fast unto death of the Tamil Political prisoners.

Members of several organizations including TNA, University Teacher’s organization, Students’  organization, National Fishermen Cooperation Organization, Tamil Civil society Forum , Tamil Cultural Federation and other Christian and Hindu Organizations also participated in this Symbolic fast.
