Tamil Nadu Team pays homage to Thileepan

A team of people from Tamil Nadu, India have paid their respects to Thileepan at his memorial in Nallur.

A team of Professors and Professionals from Tamil Nadu, India, have made a visit to Jaffna and they have paid their respects to Thileepan at his memorial in Nallur, Jaffna.

Their visit is connected to cultural matters and they are in the process of meeting several cultural factions. They have taken time off their tight schedule to visit and Thileepan memorial and pay homage to him.

We have paid  our respects to Thileepan who had sacrificed his life in a non-violent method for the liberation of his people.

Although we have come on a cultural visit, to be near Thileepan memorial revelation of our feelings and it is a pleasure for us to be here. It also reveals  our ancient relationship, they said.

Prof. K. Ramu Manivannan, the Dean of the Faculty for Politics, Public Administration and International Affairs, of the Chennai University of Tamil Nadu, Forensic expert, Prof. Xavier, the Director of People’s Monitoring Centre, AAL, Hentry the Pane, Prof. of Faculty of Tamil, Prof. Arasenthiran, Prof.Kulanthaisamy, Prof. Rani Senthamarai, Lawyer and  feminist, Pandimathevy are in this group.
