Thiyagee Thileepan’ s week commence on a grand note
The 31st commemoration week of Thiyagee Thileepan commenced yesterday on a grand note at the Thileepan memorial in the North Road of Nallur Temple with lighting of sacrificial flame, and floral tributes.
The event was organized by the Commemoration Committee. At the outset members of the Former Militants Party paid homage at the venue of the fasting struggle of Thileepan in the Northern gate Road of Nallur Temple.
It was followed by the events held at the Thileepan memorial on the rear road of Nallur. A sister of a Black Tiger lighted the common sacrificial flame.
Several people including Parents of Porazhis, parents of Black Tigers, Leader of the House, C.V.K.Sivagnanam , Gajendrakumar Ponnambalm and others garlanded and paid floral tributes at the memorial.
