TNA participates in Development Task Force for N & E. CM, Wigneswaran did not
In contravention to the request of the NPC CM, C.V.Wigneswaran’s request, not to participate in the TF, all members of the TNA participated in the 2nd meeting of the Presidential TF . However the CM did not participated in this meeting.
The 2nd meeting of the Presidential TF was held at the Presidential Secretariat yesterday presided by the President.
15 of the TNA MPs. except, MP, Sivasakthy Ananthan had participated in this meeting it is reported.
The CM had said that this TF will be not effective as the Military is also participating in it and he had requested the TNA not to participate in it.
However, the TNA disregarded him and had participated in the meeting.
Meanwhile, the 3rd meeting of the TF is to be held on 3rd of October.
