TPC is the need of the hour: the Bishop of Batticaloa, RT.Rev.Joseph Ponnaiah

The people of North and East joining hands to form the TPC is a need of the hour and I express my blessings  and  congratulations to the TPC, said the Bishop of Batticaloa, Rt. Rev. Joseph Ponniah.

The Co-chair of the TPC, T.Vasantharajah and the member of the Organization Committee, Alan Satiyathas met the Bishop yesterday, on behalf of the TPC’s Organization Committee, when the Bishop expressed the above sentiments.

In the current context, Organization like TPC is a must.   Particularly, People of North and East joining hands to form this organization will help to strengthen the relationship between the Northern and Eastern Provinces he had said.

The North and East should never stand separated. If act separately it will destroy the strength of our union. I congratulate the North and eastern people for getting together to form TPC and I welcome the new organization, he had further said.
