Truth should be revealed, regarding murders of media men, says Minister Raub Hakeem, in Jaffna

Not a single case had been filed against the Media Murders. A decade had passed after the Utayan Murders. In this context it is not an ordinary feeling when I think myself being a former Minister of Justice.

Truths about the Media Murders in the past should be made to be revealed.  We should continue fighting for that, said Minister Raub Hakeem in Jaffna while participating in the Internal Media Day held at the Jaffna Public Library.

The media murders we have seen in the terrible decades have come to an end. But the accountability is still pending. The important aspect of the accountability is the bringing out of all truth connected to these murders. I t is not only for the kith and kin of those who have fallen prey, but also for the all the people who had struggled to bring in the good governance, he said.
