If UN grant time to SL, Release of TPPs will become a mirage, TPPs : Nirmalanathan, MP

If the UNHRC grant more time the release of the TPPs will become Mirage, the TPPs have warned to TNA MP, Charles Nirmalanathan. They also accused the although  the Government was granted time earlier, it has not repealed the PTA.  TNA MP, Charles Nirmalanathan visited the TPPs arrested under PTA and detained Colombo- Magazine prison, yesterday morning.

MP, Charles Nirmalanathan had discussed the matter of granting 18 months’ time to the Government, with the TPPs. The TPPs have expressed concern about the Government not fulfilling any promise given to UN in 2015, said MP, Nirmalanathan.
