Vietnam envoy calls on Chief Minister NP

Vietnam Envoy to Sri Lanka Phan Kieuthu called on Chief Minister of the Northern Province Justice Wigneswaran recently and held talks.

They discussed the problems of the people in the north and projects for its development.
