Wigneswaran a refined, pragmatic politician: Chithamparam hails

Former Finance Minister of India P.Chithamparam has hailed Northern Province Chief Minister Wigneswaran as a refined politician with a wide horizon of knowledge. He is pratical.

He made these observations after meeting Wigneswaran in Jaffna.

He made a visit to Jaffna during his visit to Colombo recently.
